We collect information you give us directly. This includes:

• Your business type, address, and website details
• Any content, photos, or preferences you share with us for your website build

We collect this information through:

• Our website contact forms and buy-now checkout flow
• Our post-purchase onboarding form (hosted on Jotform)
• Facebook and Instagram lead ads (Meta instant forms), if you respond to one of our ads

We also automatically collect basic technical data when you visit our site — like your browser type and pages visited — through standard analytics tools. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, billing details, or any other payment information. Stripe handles that entirely. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use what you share to:

• Reach out to you about our website design and maintenance services
• Build and maintain your website
• Send you invoices, project updates, and monthly performance reports

5. Who We Share It With

We only share your information with the service providers we use to run our business. These are:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Jotform — onboarding form collection
• Netlify — website hosting
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and lead generation
• Google — analytics and business listing

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever. We do not share it with marketers, data brokers, or any third party that is not directly involved in delivering our service to you.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for two purposes:

• Advertising — Meta's advertising tools (Facebook Pixel or similar) may place cookies to help us reach people who have visited our site with relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. We won't notify you individually for minor changes, but if something significant changes we'll make it clear. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
